Can't get any results Dropped off my comforter on may 4,2007. Velvet on one side sheeting on the other. They somehow removed all the velvet from one side, other side was covered with a white powder like soap powder. was crammed into a trash bag with a price of $18.00 on it when I returned to pick it up. Talked to a lady (by phone) Who the janitor called for me after the desk clerk said he had no number. She told me she was a traveling manager and was very busy to give her plenty of time to see what happened. I told her my suggestion would be for her to have her seamstress replace the back side with a sheet that I had I took the sheet put it in the trash bag with the comforter. Today is July 5th. I call and no one ever calls me back .what do I do? small claims? BBB? I would be willing to pay her the $18.00 if she solves the problem. this is a $349.99 down king sized comforter.
