trapped in the snow These guys left a cab abandoned in front of our neighbors house during the big snow (2/17/07). We live n a dead end street and it just completely blocked us in for an entire day. The driver just left the car. It shows that they obviously don't know the city or how to deal in the face of a situation like this. I would NEVER use this company. In fact I travel a great deal and have used them in the past to return from extra late and early flight arrival/departures. Never again. If there was a rating lower than a 1 I would give it.
