Cleaning of only two room This is a complany that I will never let step foot into my house again.
I walk into my 2500 square foot home. Only to find out that having this company into my house. Required myself 2 more hours of pulling cleaning fluid out of the carpet. I ended up extrating 2 gallons of fluid.

overcharged for services not performed Last summer I contacted this company to have my carpet cleaned, drapes cleaned, air vents cleaned and sanitized, and my upholtery cleaned. I was charged over $1100 and the bill was not itemized. They never cleaned my carpet or upholtery and promised to come back the next week and finish. When they did not, I asked for a refund and an itemized bill. They finally sent an itemized bill to the BBB and I found out I was charged for 5 air vents more than my house even has and a furnace cleaned (which I did not even ask to be done). The overcharges came to over $650. Eventually; after I asked for mediation from Angie's List, the Indianapolis Better Business Bureau, and the Indiana Attorney General office; I received a refund check for only $200. I did not cash the check for a long time, but finally tried because I wanted at least some refund. The check was returned for insufficient funds! After calling the business, the owner said there must be a mis-understanding and to send a copy of the returned check. However, the certified letter I sent with the copy was returned to me upaccepted by Indiana Quality Carpet Care. Do not let this company in your home!
