DON'T LIVE ANYWHERE MANAGED BY MUESING MANAGEMENT I know everyone has a bad day, but for the most part, the staff at Muesing Management is just unfriendly and unhelpful. The pipes in my only bathroom froze leaving me without water for 5 consecutive days. I had to drive to and from my family's home in Fishers in order to take a shower and the most they can do is take $50 off my rent. I went into the office looking for an honest apology and consideration of my inconvenient situation and all I got was rude comments. I had to make numerous phone calls to numerous people at Muesing Management to get my apartment manager to call me back, and when she did, she told me the reason the other people I called didn’t return my messages was because, "they don’t like to deal directly with residents." Do you really want to live at a place managed by people who don't want to deal directly with you? And furthermore, have hired rude people who are incapable of making their own decisions to work with you? I know by writing this I'm not going to end up getting my deposit back, or something petty like that, because that’s just the way these people are. If I had to do it all over again, I would never move into an apartment managed by Muesing Management.

Fantastic I live at a Muesing property; North Willow and I LOVE IT!!! The staff is wonderful and I LOVE MY APARTMENT...it is huge. I have the one that is called the Devon, 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is huge. My favorite part is the fireplace, it actually works!!
