- Qualification with a lender! This will determine what price home fits into your budget. I have many lenders I can recommend that will guide you on the lending side of the transaction.
- Choosig a home that is located in the geographical area you wish to live.
- Choosing the perfect home with floor plan and amenities that meet your personal needs.
- Negotiating the best possible price.
- Explanation of all facts regarding all contracts and forms associated with the purchase.
- I will coordinate escrow time and move in date.
- Confidentiality and Honesty is always a MUST!!
