  • I'm about helping people with their real estate transactions. Listening to your goals, paying attention to details and looking for avenues that will achieve Full time Realtor that works in the Indianapolis area as well as the Carmel, Fisher, Fortville, McCordsville and Noblesville.  (However, I am not limited to a specific area!)  FOUR THINGS THAT SELL A HOME LOCATIONPRICECONDITION SHOWINGS                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              A SELLER has control of "3 out of the 4", and I will guide, teach and assist you into making good decisions that will get your home SOLD in a respectful amount of time for the money YOU DESERVE! In working with BUYERS my experience has found that the following are important to the home buyer and I'll work hard to make sure you are satisfied: Qualification with a lender!  This will determine what price home fits into your budget.  I have many lenders I can recommend that will guide you on the lending side of the transaction.  Choosig a home that is located in the geographical area you wish to live. Choosing the perfect home with floor plan and amenities that meet your personal needs. Negotiating the best possible price. Explanation of all facts regarding all contracts and forms associated with the purchase. I will coordinate escrow time and move in date. Confidentiality and Honesty is always a MUST!! In my past life, I was a loan officer.  I had an opportunity to work for a mortgage company as well as a bank.  Having this background gives me a well-rounded foundation in real estate.  With foreclosure rates as high as they've become, I would like to be a source of information on how that happens as well as what your options are if it happens to you.  It's important to contact your lender as soon as you know you're having trouble meeting the payments.  Look at my links and visit the Homeownership Preservation Site for more answers. I have also found that many homeowners are experiencing their home "expiring" instead of selling during its listing.  In order to help people over come their disappointment and continue their moving plans, I have developed an Expired Analysis to help us pinpoint the reason or reasons for their home not selling.  From there, I create an ACTION plan geared to help us put a sold sign in the yard.  If this sounds like something you could benefit from, please contact me by phone or email for more information or visit my website, http://www.cyndisloop4indyhomes.com/.
