Jewel Christian Academy Reviews

Last year was our first year with Jewel and we were very impressed. Jewel has an excellent curriculum that challenged my kindergartener on many levels, he was reading fluently before the year was finished. Their open door policy made us feel very welcomed and that there was nothing that we could not talk to our principal about.

I cannot say enough about the teachers and curriculum of JCA. My son attended JCA for Pre-School, K and 1st grade. As a current second grade student we decided to enroll him in a year-round program in the local township. Although he started late in the new school the work the students were doing in second grade was the same work my son completed first semester of 1st grade! I think that says' it all. JCA prepares its students to succeed after they leave JCA. The parent/teacher relationships are strong. My only concern with the school is that the administration has a tendency to be a bit lax for my standards....Too many things slip through the cracks or things are not followed through to completion. Once several staff upgrades are made this will truly be a world-class school. CEB
