We could go outside and walk along the canal, which is beautiful and takes you right through the park system and a large museum. Without the hassle of driving to nearby attractions, we saw the Indianapolis Museum of Natural History, Indiana State Museum and University of Indianapolis.

The reception - in was very helpful in informing us about places we would like to visit. The young man at the desk on Friday night was great and suggested a great Cajun place to eat and then pointed us in the direction.

The billing was a complete mess and the e-mail receipt did not match what was billed on our card and our points did not appear to be properly credited. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was no regular coffee package in our room and when we asked at the reception, we were told that the hotel had failed and needed to order more. We went to Kroger a few blocks away and bought ground coffee filters. The next morning we went into the lobby and found the coffee served for breakfast weak and only lukewarm. Our refund was promised, but it was never processed and sent to us by email, so we had to wait.

I think the parking fee should have been part of the price as the hotel was a bit overpriced, but that is of course what you normally pay for a Residence Inn. Remote was maintained only by my grandson and not edited and not edited.

I travel to Indy frequently to visit my family and this was my first and last time in the hotel And it was not a pleasant or reassuring return. I first stayed at a Marriott before the virus hit me, but I travel and visit Indy and his family a lot, so this is my last stay.

I came to town for a football match and my friend's 30th birthday and the staff brought him sweets that were so nice. I have reserved a Chase Marriott Visa card that I have had on file for years and I am so glad I did.
